From First Contact to Lasting Change

Your Longevity Journey

Every patient journey follows the same clear path. No surprises, no confusion — just a structured process built to get you results.

01

Reach Out & Book

Start by filling out our brief online inquiry form or reaching out directly. We’ll confirm your appointment, send you a pre-visit health questionnaire, and share everything you need to prepare. No waiting weeks for a slot — we keep scheduling simple and responsive.

01

02

Complete Your Pre-Visit Intake

We send you a detailed digital intake form to complete at your own pace before your appointment. This covers your full medical and family history, lifestyle habits, current medications and supplements, and your health goals. The more thorough your responses, the more your visit time is spent on insight rather than data collection.

02

03

Your Longevity Assessment Visit

Your in-person visit is a deep and thorough experience — expect to spend meaningful time with us. We begin with a review of your intake form and health history, followed by a comprehensive physical examination. This includes body composition scanning, grip strength, blood pressure, ECG, and cardiovascular fitness evaluation. Blood is drawn for biomarker analysis if included in your package.

Nothing is rushed. This is your health, and every finding is discussed clearly so you understand what it means for you.

03

04

Receive Your Personalised Plan

Within a few days of your visit, you receive your full longevity report and personalised action plan. This is a clear, readable document — written for you, not for a medical file — covering your biological age result, your key findings, and specific, prioritised recommendations across lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, cancer screening, and specialist referrals where appropriate.

04

05

Follow-Up & Progress Monitoring

Your first follow-up visit is included in all packages. We review how you’ve responded to your plan, update your measurements, and adjust recommendations based on your progress. Higher-tier packages include additional follow-ups throughout the year, along with regular reminders and a structured cadence to keep your longevity goals on track.

05

The Experience

We believe the way you feel during an appointment matters just as much as what you learn from it.

Unhurried Appointments

We don't see 30 patients a day. Your assessment visit is protected time — typically 90 to 120 minutes — because your health deserves real attention.

Plain Language, Always

We explain everything in clear terms. What each result means. Why we're recommending what we are. What you should prioritise first. No jargon, no confusion.

Written Plan You Can Act On

Your personalised longevity plan is written to be used — not filed away. Clear priorities, specific actions, and context for every recommendation.

Your Records, Accessible Anytime

All your health documents, assessments, and plans are stored securely in the cloud. You can access them from anywhere, at any time.

Warm Specialist Referrals

When a referral is the right move, we don't just hand you a name. We write a proper brief so the specialist understands your full context from day one.

Reminders That Actually Help

Text and email reminders keep upcoming appointments on your radar — and prompt you to act on the recommendations that need time to take effect.

What to Bring & Do Before Your Visit

A little preparation goes a long way. Here's everything you need to know before your first appointment.

Documents & Records to Bring

✓ Recent blood test results — within the last 12 months if available. We can calculate your biological age from these.

✓ List of current medications — prescription and over-the-counter, with doses.

✓ Current supplements — what you take, how much, and how often.

✓ Family health history — especially heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and dementia in first-degree relatives.

✓ Cancer screening history — any prior mammograms, colonoscopies, pap smears, or other screenings with dates.

✓ Vaccination records — if available. We'll review your status and identify any gaps.

Day-of Instructions

✓ Fast for 8–12 hours before your appointment if a blood draw is included in your package.

✓ Stay hydrated — drink water normally before your visit. This helps with blood draws and body composition accuracy.

✓ Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours before your appointment — it can temporarily affect some biomarker readings.

✓ Wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical measurements and body composition scanning.

✓ Complete your intake form fully before arriving — this is the most important step for a productive visit.

✓ Bring your questions — write them down beforehand. There are no bad questions in a longevity consultation.

Staying on Track Over Time

A single assessment tells you where you are. Regular follow-ups show you how far you've come — and keep your plan aligned with where your body is going.

Every follow-up includes a review of your progress against your action plan, updated measurements, and adjusted recommendations. Over time, we track your biological age trajectory — watching for improvement and responding quickly when something needs attention.

Choose the level of ongoing support that fits your goals. You can always upgrade your follow-up cadence if you want more touchpoints or add monitoring as your needs evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from my regular annual physical?
A standard physical checks for illness. A longevity assessment goes much further — it measures how you are aging, identifies modifiable risk factors, and produces a specific, prioritised action plan for extending your healthspan. We measure your biological age, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, cancer screening status, and more. The result is something your annual physical almost never provides: a clear roadmap for what to do next.
Do I need to bring my own blood test results?
For the Essential tier, we use labs you provide — recent blood work from your doctor or a lab of your choice works well. For Comprehensive and Advanced packages, we include our own advanced biomarker panel so no prior labs are required. If you have recent labs available, bring them — we’ll use them to calculate your biological age and add context to your results.
Can this practice manage my diabetes / hypertension / other chronic condition?
No — that is not within our scope. We are a longevity assessment and guidance practice, not a chronic disease management service. If you have chronic conditions, you should continue seeing your primary care physician or specialist for ongoing management. We can still provide a longevity assessment that complements your existing care — and we’ll share relevant findings with your other doctors as part of our referral process.
Where are you located? Do you see patients in all three cities?
We are currently seeing patients in New Delhi. Expansion to Seattle and Dubai is planned. If you are based in another city, reach out — we’ll let you know our current availability and whether remote or telehealth options are suitable for your situation.
How soon will I get my personalised plan after my assessment?
We aim to deliver your full longevity report and action plan within 3–5 business days of your visit — once all lab results are available. You’ll receive it securely to your cloud records and via email, along with a brief follow-up call to walk through the highlights if needed.
Is this covered by health insurance?
Longevity medicine assessments are typically not covered by standard health insurance as they fall outside the scope of illness-based care. We operate as a fee-for-service practice. Some patients are able to use health savings accounts (HSAs) or similar flexible spending arrangements — check with your provider. We’ll provide full documentation of services for your records.
